GULA CNCPT provides professional catering and culinary experience services including special events, corporate catering, and pop-up dining experiences in Puerto Rico. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement between the client and GULA CNCPT.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed service fee is required to confirm and secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit but will not incur additional charges. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged 100% of the total agreed fee. GULA CNCPT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
Menus are confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event and are subject to approval. Clients are responsible for informing GULA CNCPT of any known dietary restrictions or allergies. While we take all precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
GULA CNCPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

Due to the perishable nature of food and the significant advance preparation required for all events, GULA CNCPT maintains a strict no-refund policy on all confirmed bookings.
All food items, ingredients, and perishable goods sourced for your event are procured specifically for that occasion. Once preparation has begun, these items cannot be returned, resold, or repurposed. As such, no refunds will be issued for any food-related costs under any circumstances.
The 50% deposit collected at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable. This deposit covers initial planning, menu development, vendor coordination, and the reservation of your event date — all of which represent real costs incurred by GULA CNCPT on your behalf.
Cancellations received within 14 days of the event date will be charged the full agreed service fee. At this stage, ingredient sourcing, staff scheduling, and preparation are already underway, making it impossible to recover costs.
In the event of an unforeseeable circumstance beyond the reasonable control of either party — including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, or severe weather events — GULA CNCPT will work with the client in good faith to reschedule the event at no additional charge. Refunds under force majeure are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
